    EU Server down?

    Hey there, i cannot receive the templates and myforms function about the url with eu.jotform.com. I get a 403 forbidden. Please repair this.

    I'm checking your account but I do not see any forms in your end.

    I presume you are a sub user? Or there are forms shared to your end? If you are seeing 403 forbidden, it is most likely you are viewing a link that is not accessible or you do not have permission to view. You can learn more about shared forms here: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User 

    I'm checking our EU forms and our EU test account and they are all working as expected. I also do not see any other users reporting similar problem.

    Here's a test EU form: https://form.jotformeu.com/61324045309448. It submits successfully.

    Could you please provide us more information about this?

    Looks like that form was created on a guest account but the email was not added so it didn't automatically transfer on your registered account. I have moved that form to your account, please log out and log back in. You should be able to see the form and the submissions in your "My Forms" list.
