I created a form and published it but when I tested it, the submission says "This form is currently unavailable"

I inherited the account from my predecessor. I enabled a form, edited it and published it. When I tested it, it told me the form is unavailable. What happened?

This type of error happens when the form is disabled by the owner or it has an expiration date. It does not appear to be the case for your form.

In the Preference wizard, under the GENERAL tab you can enable or disable a form with the STATUS option. As long as this option is set to ENABLED, you should not have any problems with the form.
