Hi I noticed an Error with the form.

I cloned a previous form to keep the format used for a new form.

I changed the title to the form from "Kestra Information Security Policy Checklist" to " Basic Cybersecurity Questionnaire for Financial Services"

However, when I preview the form, in the tab it states the original title it was created from and not the new one. As well as, when I print it it gives mes the original title of "Kestra Information Security Policy Checklist" instead of "Basic Cybersecurity Questionnaire for Financial Services"

Is there a way for you guys to fix this on your end? Or do i need to create a new form by creating a new template without cloning.

If i clone though, i don't feel that the title of the last form should have to appear if i edit the title.

    Thanks

    Heidy

    Hi,

I don't think it's really an error. When changing the form name it does not always change the title, so you have to change the Page Title from form Preferences.

This can be found under ADVANCED tab from Preferences menu.
