I created a auto loan application from templates. Can I send info in ADF XML ?

I want to send customer information to a Contact Management program in an email. it must be sent

in ADF XML format. Is this possible with jotform?

I think this will be possible by including the File Upload field in your form, you are able to set the extensions that you want to allow in the field, here is an image about it:
