Some of the fields on our form are prefilled for us

2. When I publish my survey there are some questions that are pre-answered.  This obviously has come from the preview that I did.  Why did that happen?  How do I clear it?  It appears to be affecting the conditions I am attempting to use!

I took a look at your form and I see that it is not pre-filled. What I think that happens is that you have some addon in your browser that remembers what you have filled out in the fields and is then adding the same values into same fields once you access them again.

For example this happens if you have some form related addons like LastPass.

If you do, it would be the one that is doing the same, so you should either disable those addons or stop them from doing the same for you.
