i can't figure out where my customers submission are? A file? A email?

I dont remember signing up but I do have this form:

on my website.

That form was created under a "Guest" account that did not have any login details associated with it.  It was likely created when you were not logged in to your account.  I moved the form to your current account and it should now be available.  You can view your submissions directly from your account:
