We've changed the name of our non-profit from Springfield Animal Care And Rescue Club to Springfield Pet Rescue Group. We were able to edit our "company name", but not our user name. How can we edit this?
Also, we've changed our email, but submissions are still going to the wrong email. Actually, some submissions are going to firstname.lastname@example.org and some are going to email@example.com. The new email is firstname.lastname@example.org. How can we get submissions to go to the correct email?

We do not allow users to change their own usernames, however, we can change that for you. Let us know a few choices in order of preference, in case your first is already taken, and we will be happy to make the change if it is available.
As for the emails recipient issue, here is how to properly change and test new email recipient addresses for your notifications:
