Something is wrong with my forms. When I create an auto responder, it shows from Jotforms and not the email address I enteredPage URL:

I am assuming that you are referring to the FROM field in the emails. Reviewing your notification I noticed that you setup the email@example.com. This is what the user will see when he receives the notification.
If you do not wish to use our servers to send notifications, you can use your own email to send the notification, setting up a SMTP email.
