Submitting Credit Card information

Hi,

I was wondering if a person included their credit card information via a form, does that count as a payment?  I'm not integrating with a site or asking JotForm to process the payment.  I just need a secure way for someone to submit a payment to me.

Collecting Credit Card information directly in your form with none of our payment methods will result in your form being disabled and possibly your account suspended. Asking sensitive information in that manner is contrary to JotForm Terms of Use. 

For security reason, if you need to take payment from your form use one of the payment methods provided in Form Builder.
