How do I change the PAGE TITLE on the updated Form Designer?

It was easy on the older version - just go to preferences and it is done?  But with the updated form Designer there is just title... the page tite field is gone.  I am using a duplicated form created with the older version, but there is no way I can update the Page title?

You will see that the title on this TAB or WINDOW is 2015/2016- we want it to say 206-2017 for our new school year - we did already change the TITLE field in preferences but this seems to have no effect.  thanks

To change the form's title, the one showing in the browser's tab in the new UI you will need to follow these steps, first click on the Preferences button as before. 

Then click on the Advance tab and click on the button "Show More" as shown below: 

Then you will need to scroll down and you will find the option to update the form's title:
