I just received an application from Jot FormAsked by Kay Guadagnoli on May 12, 2016 at 06:30 PM
I saw that an application came in from Jot Form and I have yet to figure out how the customer got such an application when the website does not use Jot Form anymore.
Please look at Declan McPherson who did a class registration. How did he get the application when I asked you terminate Coach Al's Driving School? We can't have this happening as wrong amounts on application and we don't use this style of registration anymore and using another vendor's program.
Help Please and thank you in advance.

From which form did you get the submission? If the form was not deleted, and the user got the direct link, or the URL where the form is still embedded, then he can submit. So, you may disable that form, or delete.
