How can i send over other data fields from jotform to madmimi

i want to send over additional fields from jotform to madmimi, but it wont let me click the "additional fields" button...

When I've checked the Mad Mimi integration I am able to reproduce the same issue that you're having. It seems you are able to add First name, Last name and Email fields.

Unfortunately, you're not able to add more than three fields to your Madmimi Integration. When I've checked the Madmimi Integration guide it seems the old integration also works same.
