Email Wizard: Shared Form Autoresponder “Reply-to Email” is always set to the master account's email even if it is set with sub-account's email

    The 2nd question, “Reply-to Email” is set as my sub-account email in autoresponder email. however, when customer reply the email, it will be sent to main-account email.

    "Reply-to Email” of Autoresponder Email is set as my sub-account email. However, when customer replies the email, it will be sent to main-account email. What should I do?

    I checked your form and I was able to replicate the issue. It seems that the issue is on our new wizard. I will need to escalate this issue to our development team. For now, as a workaround, you can try to use our old wizard by accessing your edit form with &old in the URL. In this way you can access the old wizard. For example:

    https://www.jotform.com//?formID=1234567890&old

     

    Once you have accessed the old wizard, you will notice that the value for the Reply-To Email is set to a variable {user_email}. Please replace this to your own email address and save the changes.
