Hi, just got an email reminding me that the next (annual) renewal is due in one week. I wanted to update the credit card's details (which changed a few month ago), but whenever I click on the "Change Credit Card" button in the Account/Billing area, it takes me to the 404 page. What can I do? Thanks!

As per checking, you are using Bluesnap payment gateway for your subscription in JotForm. You can change the credit card details on your BlueSnap account settings.
