Forms disappeared from my website.

Dear who may it concern,

We have been taking form service from your web side for a few monts for our web site www.eko.re

This morning our 3 forms were disappeared even we have enough form limit according to your web site counter.

Could you help us to deal with that by any chance.

Hello ekore,

Upon checking your account, I found that it is currently over quota. That is the reason why all your forms are currently disabled and not appearing in your webpage.

In free account only 1000 "Form views" are allowed but your forms already have received 3880 form views. You should upgrade your account to be able to get more form views limits. Please take a look at our pricing page for more information on available plans and its limits:  www.jotform.com/pricing 

Alternative way to resolve this problem is to agree to add footer with the JotForm's logo on all of your forms. This will completely remove the form view limits. Please be noted that showing the JotForm logo is completely optional and you can any time enable/disable it form your account setting page. Please check the screenshot below:

Do get back to us if you agree to add footer with JotForm logo in all your forms and we will activate your account.
