There are no reported issues about deleting submissions. I tried deleting submissions on my account and it was successful.
I can login to your account however I haven't tried deleting a submission yet because I don't know what I can delete. Can you please provide a screenshot on how do you delete the submission?
In the submissions page, you can use the Delete button or the Delete button in the Grid.
May I know what browser are you using? Please try another browser to see if it will work or not. I will clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
