How do I revert my form to original template?

    Sorry, I am having so much trouble on the way to finally completing this form. Your form designer / restrictive / highly irritating template app is not allowing me to revert back to the original template I designed the form in. I need it back urgently please - Kids Baseball Registration Form. You can restore from anytime AM GMT.

    Are you referring to your JotForm titled "Clone of Kids Baseball Registration Form"? The form can be reverted to an earlier version from the form revision history.

    As I checked your JotForm and revision history, it seems that form is already reverted to the original version.

    We have a recent update page, but I think the recent changes or new feature releases are not fed there anymore. I think our backend team is busy with something else or the assigned person is working for something different.
