Sorry for the inconvenience, you email was in bounce list but you should be able to receive the notifications to your address now since it's been removed.
If you are not getting notifications, you can check if your email is in bounce list from your account setting and remove it - http://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list.
