I have a class registration form with JotForm for art classes. The form appears to have changed. How do I fix it?

The entry section of the children's names and Birth day has been cut off by the Consent section.  The consent section was originally all the way at the bottom after all entries of the children's names section.

I'm checking your form but I don't see anything that is cut off?

    Here's a screencast of it:

Do you mean to say that this section of your form should be at the bottom?

You can simply edit your form then drag and drop that field and position it at the bottom. Here's a guide that you can follow: https://www.jotform.com/help/328-How-to-Position-Fields-in-JotForm

Let us know if that helps.
