Does a Submitted Submission Count when sent using the Form Preview?

I've been working on getting our form & email notifications just right and have been utilizing the PREVIEW feature.  Do those "submissions" count toward our Monthly allowable (currently 190 in the FREE version)?

Yes, that counts as a submission since you are actually "submitting it" regardless.
