In order for us to be able to replicate the problem specifically, can you please provide us more information on what conditions you are trying to set?

Ideally, there is no limit on the number of conditions that you can add, however, what I noticed on your form is that it has a number of conditions in it already, and the possible issue that I can see is that your computer's browser is having difficulty loading the conditions already, causing it to slow down.  So it may be dependent on how your computer can handle the cache.

You might also need to close other tabs in order for your page to work properly while editing the form.
