Secure form processing with SSL encryption.
By default, all forms are not SSL enabled. Here's a blog post about it: https://www.jotform.com/blog/175-All-Forms-are-Now-Secure-by-Default-The-SSL-Limits-on-Free-Accounts-are-Lifted-
You can also simply check our SSL certificate when you view your form, just right click on the green lock icon at the address bar in your web browser to get more details.
Fully customizable form fields. Conditional fields.
Form fields can easily be style using CSS, however, I am not sure what you meant by "customizable". We do have a powerful feature that let's you apply conditional logic to your form fields. Here's a guide about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic
Form input validation rules.
There are input validation applied to some form fields, example is the text box field that has the validation option:
The "E-mail" and "Number" fields also has a default input validation on them.
Can create or update Salesforce objects with form data.
As mentioned on the other post, here's a guide about the integration we have in Salesforce: https://www.jotform.com/help/321-Mastering-SalesForce-with-JotForm
Can prefill forms and progressively profile users based on external data (e.g. CRM, EMS).
If you want to prepopulate the form fields, that is possible.
Method 1: You can do that in the form URL, here's a guide about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters.
Method 2: If you are fetching data from a database, then perhaps you can use the form's full source code, apply your own scripts to prepopulate the form fields.
This depends on how you have setup your form.
Easy access to data via API and/or FTP.
You can check JotForm's API documentation here: http://api.jotform.com/. You can do a lot of things via API calls, you can get submissions, update forms, etc...
We do not provide FTP service, if you just want to send the submission data via FTP, that is possible, here's a guide about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/177-How-to-Enable-FTP-on-Form-Submissions
I hope that helps.
