I created a new form a few days ago but the test email doesn't arrive. I've checked that the email address is correct and that I can send receive to/from it - all working ok. But Jotform won't send to it. I sent you a support question but have had no response, maybe you replied but because the email isn't working with your system I havent received it. In case this is the situation, please could you (also) reply to pgl at f2s.com

The issue should be solved per this support forum thread. Your email address was removed from our bounce list and Amazon suppression list. According to account email history the messages are being sent. You may also need to check your Spam/Junk folder.
