Can I add a unqiue ID number to each submission?

The number what I try to ask is if I can make like the check book consecutive num,ber but staring for example 00999, 01000, 01001...... please let me know thank you.

It is indeed possible to add a unique ID to your form.  This can be done by adding a unique ID widget:

The starting index, number padding and prefix can be set to whatever you would like.  Each time the form is submitted, the widget will increment allowing each submission to have a sequential unique ID.
