Is there a way to clear at submissions for a form?

I want to reset the submission calculation for my forms, so I can count the number of forms coming in from now on, and erase all the currently stored forms. 

Unfortunately no. Submissions counter is reset once at the beginning of each month. Deleting a form or the submissions will not affect the number of submissions available for that month. Deleting submissions will only have effect on the available space.
