Javascript errors when the form is embedded on Adobe Muse webpage

    I'm getting Javascript erros on this page that are being generated by Jotform.

    The page was created in Adobe Muse. I've tried adding the form to the page several ways, with a Jotform Widget, using the embed code for Adobe Muse on my 'Publish' page, and an iframe, but all generate the same errors.

    When we check the form using the direct link, there are no Javascript errors observed. It looks like the errors are occurring when embedded on the web page which may be due to conflicts with other scripts. I see that your JotForm is embedded using default Javascript embed method. Could you make sure that you have followed the steps provided in the guide to embed the form on your Adobe Muse webpage?
