What's that new code?

Hi,

I am not a programmer but I've noticed this new thing happening. Jotform just started using it. When you put in the jot form URL, it takes you to your site WHERE IT SHOWS YOU WHAT TO DO IN TIME. The cursor directs you as to what to do.

What is that code or process called?
