I am trying to set our forms up so that when we receive the submission it show the From: being the submitters email address.  I cant seem to figure out how to do this with the new notification email set up

We actually have a feature like that, you can set the email field in the submission as the sender, however, you will need to use a Mandrill account. Here's a guide about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/240-Set-Email-Field-as-the-Sender-Email-Address-for-Notification-Email-with-Mandrill

Unfortunately, Mandrill and MailChimp made major changes recently. Mandrill now is an add-on for paid MailChimp accounts. Here's a blog post about those changes: http://blog.mailchimp.com/important-changes-to-mandrill/

Another is that it seems like Mandrill rejects email addresses as the sender if they are NOT the same domain of your Mandrill's email sender.

    Example:

    1. Your Mandrill email as the sender is contactus@mycompany101.com

    2. If the user fill out your form and his/her email is user1@gmail.com

    3. Then the email will be rejected I believe.

One of my colleague has contacted Mandrill and they have confirmed that they are not supporting sending an email from an unverified domain. In this case, I'm afraid that the FROM email won't work anymore. We have already informed our back-end team about this.

For now, I believe you cannot set the email field as the "From Email" for your notifications.
