    Also I set up an account under my work email address for work username: lanworx email: chris.hoffmann@lanworx.co.nz 

    This account has been disabled?

    I have checked your account lanworx and that account is autosuspened by our phishing system, because of your form "Create an Account ". 

    Inside of that form you have field "Preferred Username". It is against our terms of use to collect login credentials. Although you are only offering you users to create new account, our phishing system is programmed to autosuspend account if form has fields with labels like username. 

    I have deleted mentioned filed from your form and activated your account. Please do not create field with terms like username or your account will be autosuspened again.
