    Hello

We are ready and ID input of the number seven characters, the form in which you can enter the login code of 8 alphanumeric characters in a text box in a text box.

It provides the ID number and the login form to a specific person.

To match the time of input.

If it is correct proceed to the questionnaire form.

When the wrong message comes out.

I want to make such a questionnaire.

Thank you for your inquiry, hiloz1.

Unfortunately, JotForm has no capacity to process entered information for validation. So this is not possible with JotForm.

What you can do is create your login form on your website with your own database. But this will no longer be part of JotForm's controls as you will also need to create your login form outside Jotform.

If you have other questions, please do let us know.

    Thank you.

That I want to tell by using the translation software you will think so sorry that you have not conveyed correctly.

The basic authentication and the same function that I wanted to make.

However, Basic authentication can not log in view of design. Also, can not be linked implanted in the login name is the form, you must take the name once again in the form.

A login form and questionnaire 'Page Break' and 'Conditions' function or will not Sill methods.

Using the function to distribute by the conditions in the function of the 'Conditions'
I wanted to distributing the people that can not be human and login you can log in at a pre-registered name and code.

If we can not we use the basic authentication.

    Thank you very much.

    Hello hiloz1,

If you have a specific value that you will set for it to test and match for authentication, that is possible by using conditions. But, if you want it to authenticate based on the records submitted, that will not be possible, since conditions has no capacity to look into submissions.

Although I still have a feeling I am misunderstanding you. I guess the best way how to resolve this is that you can try creating your form first, then we will help and guide you on what to do next.

    Please do let me know.

    Thank you :)
