How do you cancel or edit a submission of the form after it has been submitted?

We have a registration form set up and know that registrants make mistakes.  How do you cancel or edit a submission of the form after it  has been submitted?

There are many choices for people to make and check.  We have limited spaces for the conference sessions -- so this could be a big deal without your help!
