I have made numerous changes to my form, but it will not update. The forms work great, but I will not be able to upgrade and use this service long-term if I cannot update my forms.

Is your form not updating in the embedded version of your site? I could not locate any embedded JotForm in it.
If the form is not updating, I would recommend you to re-embed your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page
