I recently created/published a website using XARA web designer 11, and used JotForm for all of my forms (approximately 15 forms). I never created a username/account, because it did not seem that one was needed, since i continually accessed my forms on the JotForm website via Xara over several weeks. Now, after having published the website, the forms do not work, I get a message saying: 'Form over quota. This form has passed it's allocated quota and cannot be used at the moment. Try contacting the owner of this form' And when i return to Xara, my forms are no longer there for access through JotForm. Please let me know what can be done. If i need to create new forms, I would like to do this ASAP. Thank you!
