How to allow users to sign on the form?

    5. Anyway to send over their signature of acknowledgement? I also need to have them sign a HIPAA form. Can I add that and keep that signature too?

    I have a signature in the form I'm asking how it can transfer to my Highrise account?

    I understand that you want to include the signature in the Highrise integration. Please make sure that that a field is set in your Highrise account. A field that accepts image file. After that, edit the Highrise integration in Jotform and match the field.
