Why can I not log in even though I'm using the correct email address and password?

    I need to upgrade and I can't seem to log in to my account. It's not accepting my email or password and I'm not sure why...

    I have checked email address you used to post this thread and I found that you have two forms created on guest_61330950386051 account. You need to sing up for a standard/Free account.
