How to Change the Form Title on the Email Template

I still have one question:  I cloned the Stripe Example: Cookie Order Form and renamed it to Sponsor Order Form, but the result in the submission list still shows the "Cookie Order Form"!

You have to manually change the form title on the email template.

Here's how:

1. Click the Emails button while you are on the form builder

2. Edit the Notification

3. Change the Form Title on the email body.
