In the setting of Thanks mail, we changed the JotForm of the icon to the original icon (. Jpg).
No image is displayed in the notification e-mail.
Cause would be what?

The image seems to be not available on the web:
Try to upload the image here: http://www.jotform.com/help/image_upload.php?naked=true
Then copy the URL, and paste it in your compose email notification. Let us know if you need more help, we will be glad to assist you.
