Emailing a submission RESOLVED

    HI,

    When in "My Forms" window you have an option to view the "Inbox" for submissions.  There you have a print option. Is there a way to send this view to an email address as well without having to copy and paste it into an email.

    Reason being, on a rare occasion a submission my not get to the intended email recipient, or someone else in the organization might want a copy of a submission or the original email sent to the intended email recipient has been deleted in error.   

    If it's not an option is there another way to do this?

    You can go to the Submissions page and you'll see the "Print" button that lets you print a single submission. 

    In My Forms, select the form and then click the "Submissions" button.

    In the Submissions page, you can navigate to the submission that you want and then click the "Print" button.

    I was aware that it can be printed.

    I see an option to forward, perhaps that's the answer I wanted.

    I will give it a go.

    I tried the Forward option and it works as required. That's good to know.
