Can we create a log in form to auto populate information from a remote database?

Hi, 

I am creating a user sign in form. I need to know 

1) How to integrate to my database storing user info'

2) How to create a logic to say the password or ID is wrong

3) After sign in, I like to be able to pull out from my database some key user info to be populated on the form

I am sorry to inform you, but we do not support login forms at JotForm. Moreover, such forms are prohibited according to our Terms since we have to deal with a lot of phishers.
