    Hello there,

I'm a marketing director and decided to try your service to see if this is something our travel agency would be interested in using for the long haul. I see "this form disabled" is common among folks for various reasons. I'm certainly not anywhere near my account limits, I'm not doing anything as far as I can to see the violate your terms.

Can you please check my account as soon as possible and tell me what is happening?

If your application is unstable this would cost us money, I need to find that out before we go for a paid plan.. People currently have links, if they cant use them successfully today, we are already losing money using your product! Please advise at your ealiest convenience. Thank you, Dan

We apologize for the inconvenience, your forms are available again. They were suspended by our phishing detector system. I have white-listed them to avoid this from happening again.

If you need anything else, please open a new thread, we will be glad to assist you.

We accept credit cards in the daily operation of our business.

Is there a way to ask a client for credit card information without violating terms?

    Hello MauiDan,

You will have to use one of the online payment services such as Paypal, Authorize.net, etc., under the Payment Fields list on the left panel on your form builder.

We run clients credit cards through a third party travel network..

We are basically the middleman when it comes to payment.

By collecting cc info via the form, we would be able to take orders easily, unattended, day or night and process the payment when we open in the mornings.

We are a licenced travel agency, we've been around since 1986, it sounds like there is no way to ask for cc info without violating your terms.. Is there any way we could verify that we are a legitimate business, so we could ask for cc info via the forms?

    If not, I understand..

Unfortunately there isn't, we do not allow collecting credit card information under any circumstances.
