For the past few months I have been having inconsistencies in getting the completed forms by others automatically emailed to me email address. About 10% of forms completed don't get emailed and therefore almost missed. Is there a glitch or something I'm doing wrong (although most are coming through just fine).

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and should not have any problem. I also checked our email logs and found that submission emails are being sent successfully. Please check logs below:

Have you checked your spam folder already to see if some of your email ended up there? You may also like to speak to your email service provider to find out if few emails are getting blocked. You may also like to ask them to whitelist our domain names as well to ensure the delivery of emails. Alternatively, you can also use your own email address to send submission emails. You will have to add custom sender email in your account and set it as "Sender Email" of your form;s email alert. The following guides should help you:
