- RiverlifeBNEAsked on May 16, 2016 at 04:52 AMI have decided to go back to Mailchimp and was excited to see that I can import all of my current data form Jotform into mailchimp.
However I have been stuck on this page all day and it won’t load anymore subscribers into Mailchimp for me.
I have tried refreshing and begining the process again with no luck.
See screenshot attached.
Anyway we can speed up the process from your end.
I’m trying to import Date of birth, Riverlife activity and age.

Unfortunately, the image you have attached cannot be seen on this thread. To send an image to the forum, please follow this guide: How to add screenshots/images to questions to the support forum?.
In the meantime, I would suggest removing the integration and clearing your browser cache before reintegrating the form with mailchimp again.
