Reactivate account

    Trying to reactivate our account and get the following error.

    Hello MyUWC,

    I did check your account and found that it is already active. Your subscription seems to to have expired already but one of my colleague have taken care of your account issues and responded to your email.

    Please confirm that we are on a 2year subscription plan and that we only have to renew/upgrade next year (2017).

    When I've checked your account I see that your account is active. Did you re-upgrade your account?

    When we check your subscriptions I am able to find only the subscription which is One Year Professional that you've purchased a year ago.

    If you've purchased two years subscription we would appreciate it if you could send us the reference number. Then we can check it again.

    We want to upgrade our account. Legislation requires us to request the following from your company:

    Invoice (2 year plan) Bank Detail Confirmation Letter

    Hello MyUWC,

    Please be noted that invoice will not be generated until the payment is successful. I would suggest you to please click on the following URL to upgrade your account to 2 year plan:

    You need to select "Purchase Order" in the "Method of Payment" option and download the quote. Please check the screenshot below:

    You can also select "Wire Transfer" in the "Method of Payment" option and then download the proforma invoice. Please check the screenshot below:
