Why my form doesn't appear on my site?

    Hello,

    I've embedded the code in my Shopify shop but when I look at the page it appears blank.

    I see that you embedded your form with script and iFrame method in the same page:

    Could you please try to embed your form by using only iFrame method.

    Please let us know how that worked for you.
