Account over Quota

    Can you tell me what happen to our account.  It currently says that we are over Quota.  Did our account expire?  Does it auto renew or not?  I don't recall getting a reminder to renew our account.  Please let me know.

    Thank you for contacting us. As a free user, you have 100 submissions limit per month. Because of that reason, your forms and submissions were disabled. Submissions counter is reset once at the beginning of each month. Once you reach the monthly submissions limit, you don't receive more submissions until next month.  It will reset at 01/06/2016. I see that you've upgraded your account successfully. and your account is active. If you have any question or issues, please do not hesitate contacting us. We will be glad to assist you.
