    Not Receiving all files in Dropbox

    I not recieve files from submissions. Only PDF reports  load to my dropbox folder.

    Do you mean that you are having issues receiving uploaded files from your form in your dropbox with the exception of pdf submission which are being received properly?

    How large are the files and what type of file are the?

    Roughly how long ago or when did you notice this problem started occurring? 

    Also, have you changed anything on your form prior to when this problem started?

    I would suggest removing the integration then reapply it to rebuild the integration then try it again to see if it'll work for you.

    Additionally, I have tested this from my end in a brand new separate test but the integration is working normally for me.

    I submitted different types and different numbers of files, and some of them are lost. For example, I send 10 files, getting only 5. I also do not see them in my JotForm account.

    What is the size of each of the 10 files that were uploaded?

    Also, which 5 did you receive in dropbox and which did you not?

    What type of file are these files that you are uploading?

    I've also just now checked your last submission that you said you uploaded but it looks like 5 of those failed since your submissions show that only 5 of them actually made it into your account.

    That means that the dropbox integration would only receive just those 5 since there are only 5 to send to dropbox from your form files.

    So either there was a connection issue on your end, the combined file size might have been too large , or they didn't finish attaching to your form before it was submitted to you.
