My form is not showing up using embed option

Asked by landhfruits on March 13, 2012 at 07:35 AM

I am trying to embed the form into my drupal site but it seems to just spin for sometime then doesn't load the form. I've added it directly to the content area without the wysiwyg editor on. Its also on Full HTML in Input mode.

It was working fine yesterday but now nothing :-( Any ideas?

And here is the code embed I'm using:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotformeu.com/jsform/20722810314340"></script>

    Instead of using:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotformeu.com/jsform/20722810314340"></script>

    Please use:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//www.jotformeu.com/form/20722810314340"></script>

    Hope this will help.

    landhfruits,

I was able to view your last form by updating the URL to this.
That is change the 'form' to 'www'

    http://www.jotformeu.com/form/20722810314340

Please try re-embeding the form using the Iframe method.
Then update th URL same to above before pasting it

    Hope this help

    landhfruits,

Tried it on my 3 browsers (Firefox,IE, Chrome).
    All seems working fine.

Possibly got to do with your browser.
Please try clearing the cache, rereshing (CTRL+F5), also restarting the browser.

Seems its only happening on the Mac's… We have 4 mac and 1 pc, the PC displays fine, the Mac on Safari and Chrome does not.

Are you able to check this your end at all?

I could not check it on Mac though, since I only have PC.

But no worry, some of my coleague is also seeing this message, they will probably check it on their Mac.

    landhfruits,

Do you have other browser on your Mac that you can test it on? Aside from Chrome or Safari of course.
I am installing Safari on my PC right now to be able to test it. I will post back after I check.

Firefox is fine on the mac but thats the only one on my mac that is.

Unfortunately I couldn't test on my PC version of Safari as it won't run on xp64 which we need to run our own software. Safari no longer supports xp64…

Interestingly when I zoom out in Safari on the mac and also Chrome it clicks into place.

It doesn't work on Opera well at all, even when I zoom out.

All of this on Mac right?

It seems we did all that we can to get it fix. But to no avail.
I will assign this issue to the Next Level Support, perhaps they can resolve this faster.

    I've done it!!!

It was the the fact when I zoomed out made me think about it, the Product fields weren't on new lines!

I extended the form idth to 1200px and it all went crazy when it should have stayed in place.

Sorry for wasting your time guys, I really do appreciate the input though!!

    Thanks again.
