Forms won't display due to quota being reached - quota is NOT reached for this month.

I have 2 forms that I've created on this account to be viewed on my website.  Both forms are stating that they have surpassed the quota (1 form is located in the footer of  my website) yet JotForm only shows there being a few hits...

If someone could please look into this and activate the forms again so they can be used that would be great.  We are missing out on a lot of leads and activated the JotForm footer so the views won't be an issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I checked your account/username champion1builders  and I found it was in Overlimit status due to exceed Form Views count for the month.

But I see that you had already set the JotForm footer to ON so it should have lifted the view limits. It just that the account did not update/refreshed properly so it was not able to remove the overlimit status.

I have corrected this now and fixed the issue. The forms and account is now reactivated.

Please check also. Let us know if issue persist.

    Thanks.
