How come the phone numbers are not showing up when I submit the from a I phone 6 to my emails

    These are not working well at all now. I am using Serif x7 and x8 web program.

    I tried adding a check box field to this mobile test form

    and that did not show up or everything after it in my yahoo mail, g mail or outlook.

    I tried the simple embedd to a HTML fragment, the i frame. Nothing is working well on mobile at all.

    Is there a mobile form just for just for my mobile pages? This is taking days testing all these, man.

    The reason why the phone number field is not showing in your email notifications, is because it was not added in the email body/template of your email notifier.

    Noticed in the email template that there's no phone number field, you can manually add it, you can get the field tag by clicking the "Form Fields" drop down list in the text editor and select it there.     There are times that the email template does not update if you make a lot of changes in the form like editing the labels, deleting fields, adding new ones, etc... That's the time you need to edit the email template manually.

    Another solution is to just create a new email notification, creating a new one will automatically load all the current form fields that you have in the email template. 

     

    You can also see your submissions in your account's submissions page. Here's how to check your submissions: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions. You'll see that the phone number value is recorded successfully in your most recent submission.
