Pop Up Lightbox is not responsive on mobile browser

Hi,

I just found out that my pop up lightbox is not responsive at all.
It cant' be closed and block my entire page.

I used your forum guide

Yet, its stil not closable and the text is another issue?
Please advise as all our website are responsive, this form is killing us or we force to swtich...i just bout it an hour ago....

I test the embedded form https://www.jotform.me/form/61239074641454    on your website using mobile browser and it was working as intended.

Are you still having the issue?

Can you try testing on other mobile browser as well. Try using the Chrome browser on your mobile and check if issue also happens.

Let us know if issue persist.

This is true. Probaly due to the complexity of the applications also.

There are multiple ways/workaround to resolve them too.
